# Integrations per Lead Source

The Integrations tab on a source decides which of your configured CRMs and messenger or notification channels run for leads from that source. The integrations themselves - HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, AccuLynx, Quickbase, SmartMoving, Workiz, Monday.com, Slack, SMS, Telegram, Zapier, Call Bridge, webhooks, and the rest - are set up once in the [Integrations catalogue](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/) and then selected here per source.

## Getting here

In Auto-Respond, go to **Sources** → select a source → **Messaging Settings** → **Integrations** tab.

## Three sub-tabs

The Integrations tab is split into three sub-tabs. Each integration appears on exactly one of them:

- **Messengers** - integrations that alert your team or hand the live conversation off to another inbox. [Slack](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/slack/), [SMS](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/sms/), [Telegram](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/telegram/), and [LeadConnector Messaging Sync](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/ghl-messenger/) (formerly GoHighLevel Messenger) live here.
- **CRM** - integrations that create or update CRM records. [HubSpot](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/hubspot/), [Pipedrive](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/pipedrive/), [Workiz](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/workiz/), [LeadConnector](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/gohighlevel/) (GoHighLevel), [Housecall Pro](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/housecallpro/), [ServiceTitan](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/servicetitan/), [AccuLynx](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/acculynx/), [Quickbase](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/quickbase/), [SmartMoving](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/smartmoving/), [Salesforce](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/salesforce/), [Monday.com](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/monday/), and [Zapier](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/zapier/) live here.
- **Other** - specialized integrations that don’t fit the other two. [Call Bridge](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/call-bridge/), [REST Webhook](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/rest-webhook/), and [Lead Reply API](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/lead-reply-api/) live here.

Each sub-tab shows one card per integration. You can enable any combination across the three sub-tabs for the same source.

ℹ️

Setting up a specific integration (auth, field mapping, connection details) lives in the **[Integrations catalogue](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/)** - one page per tool. This tab is only about **which integrations apply to this source**.

## What you do here

- **See which CRM and messenger integrations are available** based on your account setup.
- **Toggle each integration on or off for this specific source.** A source can use any combination, including none.
- **Override inheritance**: if the source is inheriting from a parent business, you’ll see the parent’s integration selection in read-only form. Turn on **Override Default Settings** at the top to pick a different selection for this source.

## When each integration fires

Which events fire which integrations depends on how you’ve configured the other tabs - especially **Contact Info**:

- **New lead arrives** - integrations that listen for new leads fire.
- **Phone number captured** - fires CRM and/or messenger integrations if those toggles are on in the **Contact Info** tab’s phone section.
- **Email captured** - fires CRM and/or messenger integrations if those toggles are on in the **Contact Info** tab’s email section.
- **Other events** - some integrations have their own per-integration triggers (specific keywords, status changes, etc.). See each integration’s page in the catalogue.

## How it behaves

- **Per-source scope.** Turning an integration on for one source has no effect on other sources. If you run two Yelp locations into two different CRMs, this is where you split them.
- **Inheritance.** Like the other Messaging Settings tabs, Integrations inherit from business → location unless you turn on **Override Default Settings**.
- **No double-sends across sources.** Each event fires the integrations selected on **its** source, not on every source.
- **Disabling an integration here does not delete its setup.** It stops firing for this source only; re-enable any time without reconfiguring.

## Troubleshooting

- **Integration I set up isn’t showing here:** confirm it’s been added to your account in the [Integrations catalogue](https://auto-respond.com/docs/integrations/). An integration must exist there before it can be toggled per source.
- **Integration is on but nothing is happening:** check the [Contact Info](https://auto-respond.com/docs/messaging-settings/contact-info/) tab - the CRM- and messenger-trigger toggles there decide whether contact-info events fire integrations. Also verify the integration’s own credentials aren’t expired in the catalogue page.
- **Wrong CRM receiving the lead:** you probably have the wrong integration toggled on this source. Override Default Settings on this source and pick the right one.
