Auto-Respond pricing is flat and per channel: $99 a month for each connected Yelp or Thumbtack source, $49 for each connected Instagram source, $49 each for Facebook Messenger and Google Local Services Ads, and $19 for Facebook Lead Ads. The voice agent is $10 a month per number plus $1 per minute. There are no contracts, per-lead fees, lead caps or setup fees.

Optional voice agent
The voice agent costs $10 a month for each phone number plus $1 per billable minute, for inbound and outbound calls. It is optional and billed separately from the message channels, so a business that only wants text replies never pays for voice.
What drives the voice bill is simple: how many numbers you keep, and how many minutes of calls the agent handles. A business that forwards only after-hours calls uses fewer minutes than one that sends every call to the agent. Outbound callbacks happen only when a lead includes a callable number, and the callback itself is instant.
