Activity Log

The Activity Log is a chronological record of recent changes to your sources’ active/inactive state and your subscription. Use it to see what changed, when, and — for each event — which sources were affected.

Getting here

In Auto-Respond, open Activity Log from the Settings section of the sidebar.

What the page shows

Each entry on the page is one event. From top to bottom, entries are sorted newest first. A card per event shows:

If there’s nothing to show yet, the page displays “No Activity Yet” with a note that recent source activity changes will appear there.

Event types

The Activity Log tracks the following event types:

Manually Turned ON

A source was activated — either newly added and turned on, or switched from inactive back to active. Shown in green with a toggle-on icon.

Manually Turned OFF

A source was switched from active to inactive. Shown in red with a toggle-off icon. The source stops receiving new inquiries until it’s turned back on.

Subscription Activated

Your subscription was activated — for example, when you completed signup, finished your trial conversion, or resumed a cancelled subscription. Shown in green.

Subscription Cancelled

Your subscription ended. Shown in red.

Subscription Cancelled by User

You (or someone with access to your account) cancelled the subscription from the Billing dialog. Shown in red.

Subscription Cancelled (Payment Failure)

The subscription was cancelled automatically because a payment failed and could not be recovered. Shown in red. Update your payment method in Billing to resume.

Sources Turned Off

This event appears alongside a Subscription Cancelled by User event and lists the sources that were turned off as a consequence. Shown in red.

Scope

ℹ️

If you’re trying to understand why a source stopped receiving inquiries, the Activity Log is usually the fastest place to look — it tells you whether the source was turned off manually or whether a billing/subscription event caused the change.
