Voice Agent Integrations
The Integrations tab of the voice agent editor connects the agent to your messaging and CRM tools. When a call finishes, the summary, transcript, extracted customer data, and booked appointments are pushed out to whichever integrations you enable here.
These are the same integrations available on a source’s Integrations tab — they’re just attached to a voice agent’s call events instead of a source’s lead events. Enabling Slack here, for example, will post call summaries into the Slack channel you connect. Enabling HubSpot will push the lead into HubSpot after the call.
Getting here
In Auto-Respond, go to Voice Agent → Voice Agents → open an agent → Integrations tab (the last tab).
For Lead Calling agents, integrations are configured at the source level rather than on the agent. The Integrations tab shows a notice with a link to open your Sources page — the rest of this page does not apply to Lead Calling agents.
Two sub-tabs
The Integrations tab has two sub-tabs side by side:
- Messengers — outbound messaging channels. Use these to push call summaries or appointment confirmations to your team or directly to the customer.
- CRM — push leads, contacts, and appointments from calls into your customer database or pipeline tool.
Each card has an Enable / Disable button plus a config panel you expand to enter credentials and map fields.
Scheduling vs Integrations
These are two different tabs in the same editor:
- The Scheduling tab is where you configure the calendar platform the agent books into (Cal.com, FieldPulse, GoHighLevel, HousecallPro, Open Schedule). See Scheduling Integrations.
- The Integrations tab (this page) is where you connect messengers and CRMs to the agent’s call events.
They are independent — you can have one without the other.
Messengers
SMS
Send call summaries or confirmations to one or more phone numbers by SMS.
Send call summaries or follow-ups through a connected WhatsApp business account.
Telegram
Post call summaries to a Telegram chat or group.
Slack
Post call summaries into a Slack channel for your team to review.
Each messenger has its own config panel — phone number(s) for SMS, a WhatsApp account, a Telegram chat ID, or a Slack channel. Once enabled, the agent posts a summary to that destination after every analyzed call.
CRM
GoHighLevel / LeadConnector
Push contacts and appointments into GoHighLevel. Both v1 and v2 variants are supported.
HubSpot
Create a contact and log call activity in HubSpot after every call.
PipeDrive
Create a deal or person in PipeDrive from each completed call.
Workiz
Create a job or customer in Workiz from each call.
Zapier
Trigger any Zap when a call finishes — route data wherever Zapier supports.
SmartMoving
Create a lead in SmartMoving from each call.
HousecallPro
Create a customer and job in HousecallPro from call data.
Monday
Add an item to a Monday board after each call.
REST Webhook (Custom CRM)
Send raw call data to any URL you control — wire it into a custom CRM or internal tool.
Salesforce
Create a lead or contact in Salesforce from each completed call.
Enabling an integration
You must save the agent at least once before the Integrations tab is available. On a brand-new agent, the tab shows a “Save Agent First” notice.
- Click the integration card to expand its config panel.
- Enter the credentials and field mappings the integration needs.
- Click the card’s action button to enable or disable it.
Each integration’s detail page (linked above) covers its specific fields, authentication flow, and what data gets pushed.
