Filters and search
The toolbar above the Leads table lets you narrow the list to the leads you care about right now — one platform, one location, one status, or a specific customer. All filters combine (they’re AND’d together), and your choices stick in your browser across refreshes.
Getting here
In Auto-Respond, go to Leads. The filter toolbar sits above the table. On mobile, tap the hamburger icon to open the filters panel.
The filters
Source type
A multi-select chip row with every platform Auto-Respond supports:
- Yelp
- Thumbtack
- Facebook Messenger
- Facebook Lead Ads
- Google Local Ads
Pick one chip to see only that platform, or pick several to see a combined view. Leave all chips off to include every platform.
Location / Source
A multi-select of your connected sources. If you have three Yelp locations and one Thumbtack Pro account, each one appears here. Use it to focus on a single location or group of locations.
Customer name search
A text box that matches on the customer’s name. The search is a prefix match — typing “Ja” finds “Jamie”, “Jason”, “Javier”, etc., but not “Rajan”. The search runs about a second after you stop typing so it doesn’t fire on every keystroke.
Contact info
A three-state toggle:
- Has contact info — show only leads where the customer has shared a phone number or email.
- No contact info — show only leads with no phone or email yet.
- Any — include both (the default).
Useful for spotting leads that are ready for a call versus leads you still need to collect contact details from.
Lead status
A multi-select of the seven statuses. Pick any combination to filter by status — for example, Follow-up + Meeting to see what needs your attention today, or No Answer to find leads still waiting for a first reply.
See Lead Statuses for what each status means.
AI status
Filter by whether the AI assistant is currently handling the conversation:
- AI enabled — conversations where the AI is active on this lead.
- AI disabled — conversations where the AI has been turned off for this lead.
- Any — both (the default).
This filter is only meaningful on sources where the AI is configured to send more than one message — the AI Conversation toggle in the lead dialog controls this per-lead.
Reset all filters
A button in the toolbar that clears every filter back to default in one click.
Filters persist. Your current filter selections are saved in your browser. If you refresh the page or come back tomorrow, the Leads table opens with the same filters applied. Click Reset all filters to start fresh.
How filters combine
All filters are applied together. For example, if you pick Source type: Yelp, Location: Downtown Studio, Lead status: No Answer, and type “Sam” in the search box, you’ll see only Yelp leads from the Downtown Studio location whose customer name starts with “Sam” and who haven’t been answered yet.
Mark all as read and filtering
The Mark all as read button above the table applies to every lead that matches the current filters. If you want to mark only one platform’s leads as read, filter to that platform first, then click Mark all as read.
